Fast and transparent refund process

Our Refund Commitment

At TheGrabEasy, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll process your refund quickly and fairly.

Refund Eligibility

You're eligible for a refund if:

  • You return the product within 7 days of delivery
  • The product meets our return policy criteria
  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • Wrong product was delivered

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive the product
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Credit: Additional 2-5 business days depending on your bank

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase:

  • COD Orders: Bank transfer to your provided account details
  • Online Payments: Credited back to the original payment source (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
  • Net Banking: Credited to your bank account

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before it's shipped:

  • Full refund will be processed immediately
  • Amount will be credited within 5-7 business days
  • No cancellation charges apply

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • Products with visible signs of use
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Products returned after 7 days but within 14 days

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Return request is made after 7 days (unless product is defective)
  • Product is a non-returnable item as per our return policy
  • Product has been altered or modified

Shipping Charges Refund

  • Shipping charges are refunded if product is defective or wrong
  • For other returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return pickup is free for most locations

Tracking Your Refund

You'll receive email notifications at each stage:

  • Return pickup confirmation
  • Return received at warehouse
  • Quality inspection completed
  • Refund initiated
  • Refund completed

COD Refund Details

For Cash on Delivery orders, you'll need to provide:

  • Bank account number
  • IFSC code
  • Account holder name
  • Cancelled cheque or bank statement (for verification)
