- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Product should be in a resalable condition
- Invoice or proof of purchase must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products (if opened or used)
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Customized or personalized products
How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Our courier partner will pick up the product from your address
- Once received and verified, your refund will be processed
Return Pickup
We arrange free return pickup for most locations. Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep at a scheduled time. Please ensure the product is properly packaged for pickup.
Inspection Process
Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 2-3 business days. You'll be notified once the inspection is complete.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging
- Do not use the damaged product
- We'll arrange for an immediate replacement or full refund
- No questions asked - your satisfaction is guaranteed
Wrong Product Delivered
If you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct product to be delivered and pick up the wrong item at no additional cost to you.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order. We're working on introducing an exchange option soon.
